To create an account on k8bd, users must provide accurate personal information. Only one account per person is permitted. If an attempt to create multiple accounts is detected, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification

k8bd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify k8bd immediately.

• If suspicious activity is detected, notify the support team promptly.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

k8bd offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. Specific wagering requirements must be met to receive this bonus.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses are usable only on designated games; the specific games will be listed on the platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• If abuse of a promotion is detected, k8bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

4.1 Deposit Rules

k8bd accepts Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dhaka Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name are accepted.
• Third-party payments will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 Sports Betting

k8bd offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. All bets are settled by the system once they are final. Official results are considered final for bet settlement purposes.

• Odds may change during live betting while a match is in progress.
• k8bd reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing the same bet from multiple accounts on a single match to gain an advantage is prohibited.

5.2 Casino Games

The k8bd casino section offers slot machines, live dealer games, fishing games, and many more. Each game operates according to rules set by its developer. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

If your internet connection is lost during a game or any other technical issue occurs, the game result will be determined according to server records. In such cases, k8bd's decision shall be considered final.

5.3 VIP Program

k8bd offers regular players four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 1.1% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Advancement to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity.

• Each VIP tier has its own benefits and cashback rate.
• Cashback is credited automatically on a weekly basis.
• The terms of VIP benefits may change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k8bd platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and winnings may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting gaming activity on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Abusing the bonus system or promotional opportunities (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting).
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Delays or losses caused by third-party software or payment provider issues.
• Force Majeure — natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, etc.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or violation of the terms and conditions.
• Matters related to the operations of third-party websites or services.

In the event of any dispute, k8bd's decision will be considered final; however, the user may submit a request for reconsideration through our complaints process.

k8bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via the platform or their registered email before the changes take effect.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
• If a user does not agree to the new terms and conditions, they may request to close their account.
